Films must have been completed after January 1st, 2023.

AT LEAST ONE representative (producer and/or director) of each competitive project are required to be part of a Q&A session immediately following their screening(s).

Participants agree that their film (or related clips) and all other material related to their project may be used and/or published in the event program, FACFF web site and for any promotional purposes which FACFF deems appropriate.

All films that win an award at the festival must include the FACFF winning laurels on all future artwork (i.e. posters, DVD and web sites) associated with the project.

No screeners and/or promotional materials will be returned to the filmmaker.  Filmmakers should plan on picking up their materials at the close of the festival.

All commercial/private property including all trademark/copyrighted materials shown or recorded on the project is the responsibility of the filmmaker. FACFF will NOT take responsibility for any infringement of copyrighted materials.

The cost of delivery and pick-up of all materials is the responsibility of the filmmaker.

FACFF and FilAm Creative holds no responsibility for lost or damaged prints. While the utmost care will be taken with regard to prints, it is solely up to the filmmaker to take full responsibility (i.e. – insurance).

Shipping Costs of any and all prizes is the responsibility of the recipient.

Recipients are responsible for any taxes owed after the receipt of any awards or prizes.

Once the screening format is finalized, filmmakers must deliver their film in the specified format to ensure it can be exhibited.
